Capsis Hotels: Quality Control and HACCP «Back

The CAPSIS ASTORIA in Heraklion, Crete and the CAPSIS HOTEL in Thessaloniki have been certified by the the Bureau Veritas Group for its quality services control and food control (HACCP).

According to the two valid certifications, each of our hotels:

- Offers to its guests high quality and satisfactory hospitality services

- Offers to its guests high quality and modern facilities to satisfy their needs

- Offers to its guests food and beverages that satisfy the National and European standards of quality (HACCP)

- Openly communicate with its guests and receives constructive feedback to maintain the quality services at their higher standards

- Openly communicates with all internal departments in regard to food and beverage safety and preservation.

- Satisfies all possible objectives that the HACCP standard requires in regard to the quests’ safety and food quality

Therefore, the CAPSIS HOTELS that fully satisfy all of the above conditions are being certified by:

 The International Certification EN ISO 9001:2008

 The International Certification EN ISO 22000:2005

 The European directive HACCP 852/2004/EK
